Yes, getting someone from openjdk to look at it would be helpful. Preferably, it would be
someone who knows about the internals of the java.util.logging package.

this failure occurs when the test is run as part of the overall test target but not with
one-test. Can you take a closer look as to the root cause as OpenJDK 6 is targeted for
certification with EAP 4.3.
