This is definitely critical with Infinispan. A JBC CacheManager is just a registry/factory
for an independently functioning cache; I could partially work around JBAS-7728 / 7729 by
making existing caches usable after the CM stops. I doubt that would work with an
Infinispan CM since it controls shared resources like the JGroups Channel.
Add dependencies on CacheManager to distributable webapps and
clustered SFSBs
