Leaving the default-executor="jgroups" in the transport works fine. But
uncommenting either the OOB or timer executors leads to issues.

When we define custom thread pool (see in standalone-ha.xml) and use them in (1) the
JGroups transport and (2) the AJP connector, CTRL-C hangs. The hang is caused by a
shutdown hook waiting on threads which will never terminate (see attached stack trace in
dump.log).
