Resolution: Done
Changed the JVM MBean name to reflect the java.vendor and java.version system properties.
The MBeans under jboss.web use the default host attribute of the <Engine> element of
JBossWeb configuration (in server.xml). By default it's "localhost".
MBeans have hard coded "localhost" in their names

Some MBeans (like jboss.management.local:J2EEServer=Local,j2eeType=JVM,name=localhost and
some others under jboss.web) have "localhost" hard coded in their names. This
should be changed to reflect the bind address system property.
