Actually, the related CP is in the pipeline for the EAP 5.1.2 release, and the one-off fix
is out the door. So I think close this out and open a new Jira for any additional commit
as the result of the email discussion.

When enabling the SSO valve and deploying 2 webapps who use form-based authentication + a
3th webapp that uses programmatic authentication using
org.jboss.web.tomcat.security.login.WebAuthentication; login first via the programmatic
one fails to start an SSO session.
Login via one of the other webapps, does start an SSO session and the prog. one does join
without the need to reauthenticate.
