To reproduce: open the drools-expert pdf, and look for
Conway's Game of Life: rule flow "Generation"
currently on page 314, which clearly shows the problem.
Should be fixed in the jdocbook styles I believe.

might have something to do with the width="100%" trick. Wondering if the
jboss.org style can't handle this problem for us?
In any case the drools planner pdf of the example screenshots looks terrible (similar
problems in flow etc)
