Hey Scott,
We are trying to get JIRA 4 running on 5.1.0GA and this is preventing us from doing so.
As part of 4.0 we include a custom version of xerces, so removing our version is not an
option.
Until this issue is addressed I am not sure how we can support JBoss 5.x with the upcoming
JIRA 4.0 release.

The parsing of the context.xml by the JBossContextConfig class is using the tccl which
causes problems when the war app has tried to load its own xml parser.
