Fix for DROOLS-5916 was not enough. LambdaConstraint.indexingDeclaration needs to be
updated when an original Declaration is replaced. If not, betaIndex uses a wrong offset to
retrieve a fact from a tuple.
This rule can reproduce the offset problem.
