Initial idea is to create an app for collecting seismic activity from different locations. Multiple servers can be started to represent different geographical location (based off of city name). The invocation handlers for each server can generate random data such as lat, long, mag, depth, etc. The client (swing based UI) can then discover the servers as they come online and registered callback listeners for any seismic activity where mag is over a specified threshold (which would be set via either standard or oneway invocations). Could also have servers send streams for images (maybe of local map or something). Idea is based off of http://www.iris.edu/seismon/
