Resolution: Done
1) The testing has been resolved by removing the old SchemaBindingInitializer method
JBXB-122
2) The schema now allows a proper parameter element (the old property element is
supported
since I've got no idea where it is used)
3) You can now set a paramClass="whatever" to resolve an ambigous
constructor/method
I also fixed the schema since it was not even matching the comments in the schema
as well as some other braindeaths like factory methods have to at least parameter? :-)

The parsing of javabeans is broken in the annotations.
1) The tests are not complete for the annotated version
2) The constructor should take <parameter/>s not <property/>s
3) There should be a way to disambiguate constructor/factory methods
