We should tweak perfExample so:
1) It allows numWarmupMessages to be specified for the perfListener too
2) It allows acknowledgement mode to be specified as system property (current hardcoded
to dups_ok)
3) Whether or not perfListener drains is determined by a sysproperty, drain=true/false
