I went with the notation com.blah..
e.g. execution(* org.acme..->*(..))
It works in place of the class expression in execution, construction, field, get, set,
call, within and withincode.
For now, I don't think it is useful for return types, parameters and in instanceof
expressions

Should be able to narrow this down to just the package,
e.g.
field(* $package{org.jboss}->i) matches onlyu org.jboss.Foo.i and org.jboss.Bar.i
