This also leads to all sorts of issues with JDG:
#1 Shutdown is delayed by ~ 20 secs (TimeSchedulerAdapter is the main culprit)
#2 Restart of nodes leads to the cluster not forming
Removing the 3 thread pools in <transport .../> solves the problem.

When we define custom thread pool (see in standalone-ha.xml) and use them in (1) the
JGroups transport and (2) the AJP connector, CTRL-C hangs. The hang is caused by a
shutdown hook waiting on threads which will never terminate (see attached stack trace in
dump.log).
