seems the SingleSelectionModel doesn't fire a SelectionChangeEvent when the new key
equals the previous key. Which makes sense, because the selected row actually remains
the same. However our data binding model assumes this happens every time the underlying
model is updated. Otherwise the reloaded entity data will not be reflected within the
form.
