[EJB 3.0] - Re: Oracle insert with SELECT missing

This is too many replys by a single person on a thread, but I found the flag to enable the batch updates for versioned data, but it didn't help. I'm guessing that the error is in that ORA-00928 and "select statement missing" message. I am getting a little bit desprite, so help the dumb newbie if you can... When we undeploy any web application we get a series of stacktraces. Thanks Max, I've just installed Jboss by Jboss' installation wizard and it's worked out. Is it possible to install the regular way (unpaking Jboss) and after this putting EJB 3.0 in some directory? [EJB/JBoss] - SessionListener with EJB???

Hi@all, does anyone know about a way to do some defined action before a session will be invalidated after a timeout? For example if a user logs into the JBoss and a session for this principal has been created, I´d like to do a database-update before the session is destroyed or invalidated. I have found this option together with the javax.servlet.http.HttpSessionListener but I am wondering if there is a possibility within an EJB3-environment as well. At what point does it hang? During deploying? I'm a JBoss newbie and let me assure myself. Cause I agree with Brado it is not clearly stated, I think :-) If I write, say, a session bean that uses objects and methods like those in the HomeBean class, wil it work? Will these methods in the deployed session bean find eg process instances deployed on the server?
