[JBoss jBPM] - Re: GPD 3.0.9 Freezes Upon Opening Sample Process

I think the freeze problem is still there. I am using the GPD 3.0.13 and the eclipse IDE freezes (with 100% CPU usage) every time I save the process definition xml file. I did a couple console thread dump after the saving and it seems that the problem is related to that the classes in the jbpm deployment package somehow get into infinite loops. [JBossWS] - Pooling pojos

I appears that when using a POJO endpoint that the POJO is instantiated each time a web method is called. I looked around for a way to define a pool for the POJO, but could not find one. I would have thought that POJO endpoints would be pooled automatically much the same way servlets and EJBs are pooled. Is there as way to pool POJO endpoints, or should I look into some other mechanism? Again, is your interface annoted with @Local, as required by the spec? I didn't see it if so. Try adding it, so your interface declaration looks like this: | @Local | public interface UserManagerLocal | { | ... | You may also have an easier time if you play with seam-gen a bit. Create a new project, add a few actions, and see what the code it creates looks like. Even if you just throw it away afterwards, you may find it helpful (I did). The default JNDI bindings for an EJB3 are ejbName/remote and ejbName/local for the remote and local business interfaces. If the EJB3 is deployed in an .ear, the default jndi bindings are earName/ejbName/remote and earName/ejbName/local. Yes, it's certainly possible. EJB3 supports home interfaces so they can gradually replace EJB2.1 beans and continue to interact with EJB2.x style beans.
