The folder structure is quite different in 3.2. When you select the "all" configuration, it includes clustering of application servers. I suspected that was why you were getting a UDP error (UDP is used by clustering to communicate among the servers in the cluster), but since you didn't mention which configuration you were running I was not sure. It would appear that your network is not set up properly to handle clustering. I recommend that you install a "default" configuration instead. Your_Path\jbpm-starters-kit-3.1.2\jbpm\src\resources\hsqldb there you find the identity.db Did you already checked your database concerning the necessary table? It looks like that there is no table in this database with this name. Maybe there were problems during creating it. You should check this. [JBoss Seam] - Exception while clustering seam-booking demo

I'm running into an issue with clustering the sample application seam-booking on JBoss AS 4.0.5GA with Seam 1.2.0-PATCH1. Most portions of the application work great except when clicking [more results] link from the Hotel Search page after a node fail-over. Added the annotation @Cache to all entities with the usage=TRANSACTIONAL for all entites except Hotel whose usage=READ_ONLY. Removed the bookingDatasourceBootstrap MBean from META-INF/jboss-beans.xml and modified booking-ds.xml to have each node connect to a shared hsqldb server instance. If you use the starters-kit you dont have to configure something and you should have a look at the GettingStartedGuide. There you find much help. It is no problem to integrate JBPM in your own web application. You have to modify the hibernate.config.xml to your needs and some lines in the jbpm.config.xml. I had no problems with it. I used JBPM3.1.2 in my own web app on a MySQL database. For the database, there are several create-script for different databases in the starters-kit .
