Where is your application placed? And do you deploy the application after the server has started? From the server.log, i don't see any of your applications being picked up for deployment. Hi, i have the same problem in Remoting 2.5.1. Server crashes after some times with out of memory or runs very slowly. memory dump have lot of objects: org.jboss.remoting.transport.bisocket.BisocketServerInvoker$ControlMonitorTimerTask @ 0xe12ef690 bisocket pingTimerFrequency is 60000. But this seeting seems dont work. Attached jar in JBREM-1005 works perfectly. But i need the fix for 2.5.1, because http-Invoker dont work in attached jar. any ideas ? JBossConnectionFactory extends QueueConnectionFactory so all i can think of is you have a classloader issue. How are you running your example? maybe try running the same way as the examples are. I am not a lawyer, but there is a way how to sell your product based on JBoss or any other GPL or LGPL libraries. Otherwise how other companies, like RedHat, would make their money? I think you have to manage to have your extensions in separate JARs (EARs, WARs, whatever), then just sell your extensions, while you keep the rest of the JBoss free (and tell your customers about). This results from parsing a bootstrap.xml with hooks to VFS before VFS itself has been init'd. I've addressed this in jboss-bootstrap-impl-as by a manual hack: https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBBOOT-67 http://fisheye.jboss.org/changelog/JBossAS/?cs=88598 So for users of MCServer who need VFS, you've gotta do something similar. But a better solution is for some initvfs.xml to come along early in the bootstrap chain, install an MC Bean which will init VFS, and then all should be good. Looks like the NCDFE is blocking you from doing that. Which is another issue alltogether. Hey mclu, sorry, but I have no solution. I raised the Transaction Timeout for the EJB Method sending the messages and accept that sometimes the method will be aborted because of a timeout. In order to avoid the rollback of the successfuly sended messages I use an EJB Method to send one single message with the transaction attribute "requieresNew". This Method is called from the method wich sends all messages. So the abort of the outer method will have no effect on the messges already sent.
