Hum, just to try, I added a timer with a fixed due date value (1 minute). It does nothing, and nothing in the logs too... I wonder if my schedule engine is running, allthough I configured my web.xml and jbpm.cfg.xml. [Installation, Configuration & DEPLOYMENT] - JBoss, proxy and DTD cache

Hi, my development machine is behind a proxy and some of xml inside my webapps require DTD validation. These validations require the connection to internet and I need to avoid jboss using out connections. My idea was to download the DTD inside the AS and to inform JBoss on how to locate them locally (I know that other ASs provide this feature). Anyone knows how to configure JBoss in this way? Note: I don't want to configure proxy in the JBoss startup. Logging is configured in server/xxx/conf/jboss-log4j.xml. If you haven't changed that file, then that particular log entry should show up. You can also check the server/xxx/log/server.log file - it might be there - search for "started in". Is netstat available on OS X? You'll want to run it with the options to show all ports and the associated applications (usually: netstat -ap) Can you access your app using http://localhost:9080/maitai? Could it be a firewall issue? Is port 9080 open in the firewall? I too am trying to persist Hibernate objects in the JBoss Cache, and I hit the same problem: java.lang.VerifyError: class AOPClassProxy$2 overrides final method I do not want to recompile Hibernate; I had originally tries Mark's suggestion of using JBC as the second level cache of Hibernate, but I hit the problem described here:http://www.jboss.org/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&t=159042. I tried changing so many things that I didn't fully understand which change had actually made everything work. Having stripped everything right back it turns out that the issue I was seeing was related to the fact that I did not have a unique ServerPeerID on each of my JBoss instances. I do have a question about the ServerPeerID value though. In the supplied file the value is set as follows: | <attribute name="ServerPeerID">${jboss.messaging.ServerPeerID:0}</attribute> | I changed this to: | <attribute name="ServerPeerID">5</attribute> | and also to: | <attribute name="ServerPeerID">${jboss.messaging.ServerPeerID:5}</attribute> | Both of which seem to work for me, which is the correct (or preferred) way to set this? Also, what is the difference between the two?
