As an option (not sure if that is possible) I would try to configure formatter to do not break long strings. Feel free open JIRA issue as Bug or Feature request in JBossTools JIRA https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE here. It could be possible to detect simple string concatenation like this and provide content assist for simple cases like "string" + "string". [jBPM] - How can I generate Task Forms for human tasks inside an Embedded Subprocess?

To view the discussion, visit: https://community.jboss.org/message/826663#826663 -------------------------------------------------------------- Hello, I am creating a workflow for a project using a BPMN2 process inside the JBoss Guvnor (I believe the jBPM is 5.4). There are a few human tasks that fall under the same category and I figured why not put these into a subprocess. I read up on subprocesses and found out they themselves need to have a start and end node, and I made sure to do so. One of the last things I did was "Generate Task From Templates" to produce the task forms for the user tasks. Well, when I did "Validate Process" it turns out that the user tasks inside the subprocess are not generating task forms because I am getting the error "User Task has no task form defined." I need this to work because with this error it will not let me "Build Package" in order to execute the workflow inside the jBPM Console. So, I was wondering if anyone knew how to get these task forms generated for a user task inside an embedded subprocess, or is it not possible and should I just ignore using a subprocess? I tried looking into it online and found no answers, so I was hoping someone here would know. I included a brief picture of what I am trying to accomplish. As I initially posted, it appeared to be a problem within the client since I don't get this exception when I call it using another tool. When I first coded the java client I coded the service instantiation as the following: Service service = MyService_Service.create(new URL(" http://localhost:8080/myApp/soap/MyService http://localhost:8080/myApp/soap/MyService"), new QName(" http://myws.com/ http://myws.com/", "MyService")); This causes the java client to get the the wsdl at http://localhost:8080/myApp/soap/MyService http://localhost:8080/myApp/soap/MyService which it is not the right location (?wsdl is missing). Since it fails, it then tries http://localhost:8080/myApp/soap/MyService?wsdl http://localhost:8080/myApp/soap/MyService?wsdl and succeeds as expected however we can see the previous error log on the server. So when you code the client, pass the right and expected parameters as they´re specified. Most of the sessions (around 90%) have executed the below query to *JBP_INSTANCE_PER_USER* table before moving to inactive state Checked from last query executed from v$session table and prev_sql_id *[org.hibernate.SQL] select persistent0_.PK as PK6_0_, persistent0_.INSTANCE_PK as INSTANCE2_6_0_, persistent0_.SER_STATE as SER3_6_0_, persistent0_.USER_ID as USER4_6_0_, persistent0_.PORTLET_REF as PORTLET5_6_0_ from JBP_INSTANCE_PER_USER persistent0_ where persistent0_.INSTANCE_PK=? and persistent0_.USER_ID=?* The open connection count is reaching to DB threshold value and the inactive sessions are not getting utilized for serving the new request and DB is creating the new connection. Also I have found the *PortalDS* connection is running out of connection while checking from JMX console. The in-use connection is touching the maximum connection count and available connection count to zero. *Environment:* *Application server: Jboss**Portal *2.7.2* Application server* *OS: Linux* I also did the code review for connection leak, but seems the above query is getting executed by Jboss internally while user logs-in to application portal. Can anyone please help me out, if encountered the similar problem in Jboss portal application server. Let me know if need more information for issue. I modeled a process that doesn't work very well with multiple access's to the server. In more detail: The first time that the server starts I'm able to go from the start of the A process to the end. If another user interacts with a JBPM process (e.g. starts another B process) then the next time I start a new instance of A process occurs a probelm in an human task. The problem is: The task is created in the DB with status=Ready The previous task is changed to status=Completed There are no records in the potowners table (they are correctly created in the first time) Anyone has any idea of the problem? I can give more details, but I don't know where to start. The error isn't because multiple EJBs are implementing the same interface, but it's because the usage of the @EJB in your application is such that the container has no idea which of the multiple EJB implementations you are trying to setup into the java:global namespace via the @EJB usage: @Stateless @EJB(name = "java:global/coo/TestBean1", beanInterface = TestBean.class) public class TestBean1 implements TestBean{ } @Stateless @EJB(name = "java:global/coo/TestBean2", beanInterface = TestBean.class) public class TestBean2 implements TestBean{ The spec allows you to narrow it down to the specific EJB implementation. You can do so by using the "beanName" attribute of the @EJB where you can specify the name of the bean (which by default is the bean implementation's simple class name).
