[JBoss Portal] - default page per user ? change page's layout dynamically ?

hi, i have 2 questions: is is possible to redirect an user after he's logged on, on a specific page ? Yes, it is expecting to find EJBs in the jar file. Not quite sure why zip is in the list because there is no deployer for zip files (I've encountered that issue before, and seen a few posts on the same). Look in the server/default/jbossweb-tomcat55.sar/server.xml file. The < connector > node for port 8080 has a maxThreads value of 250 by default. This is the maximum number of concurrent requests being processed. There is also an acceptCount of 100, which means that an additional 100 requests can be pending. You can, of course, set these to higher values (I have seen recommendations for 400 maxThreads for large numbers (thousands) of users, with a higher acceptCount to handle request queueing.). Whether the server can keep with a large number of connections depends on the processor(s) and memory. Is there more than one copy of jboss-cache.jar on the classpath? The jboss-cache.jar from 1.4.0.SP1 should replace the one in server/.../lib. I see now what you are saying with the example. However, that still begs the question, what is the correct way to implement pagination when one has Lazily initialized collections where the EXTENDED PersistenceContext must be used, but you are saying that there is a problem using that with @Scope(SESSION) Also, I can't use EAGER fetching with my collections (List) because of the cannot select multiple bags bug. Or has that been fixed? I am using a hosting service that installed this for me so I'm not sure that's an option. Is there a possibility of removing the EJB3 deployer after installation? I assume that you installed JBoss AS using the installer jar (because the binary zip file does not come with EJB3). Run the installer again choosing a configuration other than EJB3.
