right-clicking the .war file and selecting 'run on server' should deploy the war file. The only outstanding issue with Oracle is that large file uploads seem to not make it in to the repository, cos of the bonehead oracle drivers. That being said, what we have is a web conent manager. If you're looking for a full-featured data management system, look at Alfresco.
