[JBoss Portal] - CUSTOMIZING THE USER INTERFACE

Hi , I'm a naive developer of portlets. I was able to acheive successful deployment of my struts-app with JBoss. The problem is that i was trying for customizing user interface. 1. I do not want to show inbuilt portlets of JBoss to my application user and so want to remove all unwanted portlets. 2. My layout and themes to be reflected but was unable to do so when was using my own instead of default. Can anyone help me with the concrete and best way to achieve the above two. Thanks. [JBoss Seam] - Error with SeamGen

I do the following: - Create database. - run "seam generate-enties" - run "seam restart" - Go to the page and it looks ok, but after clicking on one of the menu items I got "EntityManagerFactory not found in JNDI". [JBossWS] - Jboss WS configuration on JBoss 4.0.5 - Security exception

I tried to configure Jboss WS on JBoss 4.0.5 AS. I have simplly unzipped the JBoss 4.0.5 AS. I completed the configuration. While I tried to access "http://localhost:8080/jbossws/" and tried to view the webservices list, It has flagged me the following exception. I think some security configurations have to be done. Please help me how to come out of this exception. Hello, I'd like to create some variable such as jboss.server.base.dir variable. I saw that there was a file jndi.properties in the SERVER_CONF/conf directory. i've an old hibernate+jsf app and i want to move to seam. I'm planning to setup one or more session beans accessing hibernate and implementing crud for my persistent objects. Should be better to convert all my data object to ejb3? what could be the best advantage of having ejb3 instead of normal pojos? thanks.
