[JBoss jBPM] - Cannot build update script (jbpm.3)

Hi, i'm trying to integrate a mysql db into my jbpm/jboss environment. I followed the steps in the docu but when i tried to build the sql-script to set up everything in the mysql db, i get this message: " D:\jbpm-starters-kit-3.1.3\jbpm-db>ant upgrade.hibernate.schema.update Buildfile: build.xml upgrade.hibernate.schema.update: [java] D:\jbpm-starters-kit-3.1.3\jbpm.3\lib not found. " I searched the complete jbpm-starters-kit folder for jbpm.3. Can anybody help me with that? I'm new in jbpm and i have no idea what kind of lib the script is looking for... Actually, using the web.xml to declare EJB references seems very logical to me. You need a web.xml anyway for the portlet, and since web.xml already defines a wide variety of web application settings, why not make use for those existing settings instead of duplicating them in portlet.xml? Were you logged in at the time? If not, your processAction code will get an exception. Being lazy, I simply catch the exception within processAction and keep on going. Now you know why I don't trust Eclipse (or any IDE) to do my builds or packaging. I always use Maven 2, or Ant, and I have yet to be surprised. But I am constantly helping people with strange problems where code works for me but not for them only to find out later that they were running/building/packaging within Eclipse or NetBeans. Yes my src folder was correctly recoginzed. The problem was that I always disable the "Build Automatically" on eclipse for its better performance and. Then, when I manually issue a "build project" command from the menu, the build.xml in the seam-gen generated file would simply short circuit the compilation of the java files, and it even didn't signal me that some automatic compilation was assumed.....Maybe it is that my eclipse was a bit odd, since it is still a beta production (JBoss IDE for Eclipse 2.0.0 beta 2). I also changed the nowarn="on" to nowarn="off".
