[JBoss Portal] - JSF Portlet Component Tag Libraries

Hi, I am writing JSF portlets and they are working great, with the validation components of tomahawk and the core JSF tags. I would like to use a tabbed pane in my portlet, the tomahawk version doesn't work, and I tried deploying trinidad, and ICEFaces neither will render in the portlet. Is there a list of JSF component tag libraries that will work within the JBoss portlet framework and possibly examples on configuration? Trinidad would be ideal, and would enable me to create richer portlets. If you don't need pooling which is what DS provides you simple get the connection using explicitily through the jdbc api and then close in the application code . You can write a POJO which have getConnection()/closeConnection() , configure this in jboss-beans.xml file .... [JBossWS] - Creating a response from an existing DOM document

Hi, I have a DOM object in my JSR-181 Endpoint. This DOM is validated against my xsd. How can I tell JBoss (if it's possible), that the DOM represents my xsd file, so that the ws client gets a validated DOM object to work with? Ore is the only way to do this with javax.xml.soap.SOAPBody.addDocument()? (And how is this working?) Thanks for your help and sorry for my bad English. So I think I didn't setup your jars (1.1.1beta2) properly. I placed the two jars to the \WEB-INF\lib directory of my war and included them in the Class-Path entry of the manifest for the war. What I have to do, to return the nt login name from clientsite? >From serverside I know the facility with System.getProperty("user.name");in Java.(return the currently loged-in user on server) Is there a way from server (not with javascript etc on client) to get the username on client? [JBoss Portal] - WSRP4J Producer

I want to include a local WSRP4J producer into the JBoss 2.6 portal. In the Management Portlet -> Portlets I select the WSRP4J provider and press "Change portlet provider" and get the following exception: An error occured while rendering window 'admin.default.ManagementPortletWindow' /WEB-INF/jsp/management/portlets.xhtml @35,67 value="#{portletmgr.portlets}": org.jboss.portal.core.portlet.management.PortletManagerBean The producer works with WSRP4J's SwingConsumer. Hello vickyk thanks for response I configure LocalTxDataSource in my jboss-beans.xml org.hsqldb.jdbcDriver jdbc:hsqldb:file:test-output/staging My test accesses to Datatasource through JNDI: datasource = (DataSource) new InitialContext().lookup(jdbcUrl); and then to connection warper: connection = datasource.getConnection(); connection instanceof WrappedConnection and when I close it by connection.close() WrappedConnection puts real JDBC connection to the connection pool. But I need to close JDBC connection!!! Yes this is a path from the local drive (/files in UNIX like system or C:\files for windows). Now I never looked into having that path relative to any server context.
