It's not the page flows that would be defined within pages but the rules in the pages.xml file. Page Flows provide for stateful view transitions, pages.xml provides the ability to perform actions or change Seams behaviour based on view id. It's even easier. You can always run the default server configuration that does not include clustering. Simply go to the JBOSS_HOME/bin directory and type ./run.sh or (UNIX/LINUX) run.bat(Windows). Hi, I am assuming you are running Tomcat under JBoss. If this is the case you would simple place your WAR file in the JBOSS_HOME/server/<server-config>/deploy directory where <server-config> is the name of the server you are using. The default server started with run.sh is simple 'default' With WAR files, utility JAR files that are needed by your Web classes should go inside the WAR file the structure should look something like: WAR-NAME ---META-INF --WEB-INF --classes/ --lib/ --somejar.jar The WebApplication loader will automatically add classes from the WEB-INF/lib directory to the CLASSPATH. [JBoss Seam] - Calling EJBs from within Seam EJB Actions

In order to provide web services (via EJB3 stateless session beans) and not duplicate code, we've been thinking about having our Seam Action classes (usually SFSB, annotated with @Name) call SLSB. I've checked the Seam examples and not found any "@EJB" annotations anywhere, so I wondered if this type of behaviour is supported, or whether we should approach this some other way? I also ask because (in Seam 1.1.0 B2) in some circumstances, I get an exception when calling the method in the the SLSB (FileCabinetService) from my Seam action (FileCabinetQueryAction), which I know from debugging and logs is generated when I call FileCabinetService.find() in my SLSB, but the message seems to suggest that a value could not be injected (which I can see from logs that it has been!)
