Hi, JBSEAM-86 issue states that the issue has been fixed. Bu it doesn't work for me in JBoss-Seam 1.0.1.GA server.log has e.g. such lines: DEBUG [org.hibernate.validator.ClassValidator] ResourceBundle ValidatorMessages not found in Validator classloader. Delegate to org.hibernate.validator.resources.DefaultValidatorMessages Application shows for the booking example e.g. #"creditCard": Eingabe erforderlich#. But DefaultValidatorMessages_de.properties in \jboss-4.0.4.GA\server\default\lib\hibernate-annotations.jar\org\hibernate\validator\resources\ has the following entry: validator.notNull=kann nicht leer sein Where does the text #"creditCard": Eingabe erforderlich# comes from and how it can be replaced by a customized one? I can't reproduce this problem, but if you don't want the process definition deployed at startup, then look at the Jbpm component configuration in components.xml. Remove the ordermanagement1.jpdl.xml process from the list of process to deploy and you should be good. The problem I had, which affected both 2.4.0 and 2.2.1 SP3, although in slightly different ways was caused by my use of jdk 1.6 instead of 1.5. With 1.5 the Admin.ManagementPortletWindow does come up in a usable way although it still generates a number java faces error. But that does not seem to harm. related question: is it necessary to involve groups/swimlanes? i.e. in my case i have two userids that i get at runtime, "donald", "arnold" that should be assigned to a task (the users might be different each runtime and does not necessary belong to the same group or have same role; they are calculated out of our database depending on different factors) and by reading the user guide i get the impression that groups/swimlanes are optional: anonymous wrote : | Both TaskInstances and SwimlaneInstances can be assigned to a specific user or to a pool of actors. To assign a TaskInstance to a user, call Assignable.setActorId(String actorId). There are versions in cvs (and binaries on the normal download page!!) you refer to an error which could have it's origin in your process, can you post it? How does your code compare to the unittests that come with jbpm. Check that. Yes : with myfaces 1.1.3 it works with server but not client: The trace above show the exception (except the NoClassDefFound which is a mistake....) So I'll wait... My goal is to mix Seam, ajax4jsf and tobago for a Web 2.0 business application prototype... I'm also facing issues with ajax4jsf and seam (I told about that in an other post..) Is anyone else interested in mixing those technolgies?? Adam, Thanks :) I've put up a new zip which should allow you to set the port from components.xml (I was using setPort(Interger port), when components.xml configuration requires setPort(String port)). You can only call configureSession once, subsequent calls are ignored.
