[Installation, Configuration & Deployment] - Log4J configuration in the embeddable EJB3 container/Seam

I'm migrating to JBoss Seam, while sticking with Tomcat - which means that I'm using the embeddable EJB3 container. I've followed the steps outlined in section 9.3.3 of the JBoss Seam reference documentation: http://docs.jboss.com/seam/latest/reference/en/html/configuration.html#d0... I've been able to integrate Seam, with the exception that my logging configuration doesn't seem to work... I've basically placed my log4j.xml configuration file from my application (when used in Tomcat, it was placed in WEB-INF/classes) to the root directory within the "my-application.jar" file. That's all I've done and I assume I have to do more in order to get my logging configuration settings working. I've searched for instructions as to how to configure log4j in the embeddable EJB3 container but couldn't find any... Thanks in advance. I tried making the MBean use the new 2.0.0.CR2 release, but I ran into some strange problems. So to help isolate things, I ran the server component outside of the App Server. Basically, I just added a main method to explictly call the startup methods which create the Transporter server. The client remained the same. I can now send a proxy to the server for the Person object, and it can work with it. the question has an answer now: (1)jbpm.sar classloader is using jbpm.sar classload repository. (2)So, consider to configure your own project like .ear or .war.... to use the same classload repository. the best way to learn is to do real projects based on jbossportal. Anyway, jbpm is a good stuff and worth to using it also.(combine it with jbp). It will work but need your hard working and learning. [Installation, Configuration & Deployment] - Installing JBoss with an RPM

We are starting a new project and have decided to use JBoss 4.0.4 AS. Is there any resource where I can get a .rpm install file for JBoss 4.0.4? I was not sure if http://www.jpackage.org/rpm.php?id=3513 is a reliable / good site to get the .rpm file from. Moreover they have rpm for 4.0.2 only which is like a year old version. Is there any other resource ?
