Jamie, what I was saying is that: 1. If you don't use http session clustering, you can remove tc5-cluster.aop from your deploy directory and use your own jboss-aop.xml. That should work. 2. If you do, you will need to include tc5-cluster.aop in your classpath. Furthermore, you will need jboss-aop-aspect.jar (for aop aspects) in your classpath as well during compilation. [JBoss jBPM] - User integration with the web app?

I think it's clear how to integrate my own company's ideas of user/group/etc with the engine, but it isn't clear to me how to handle the authentication, etc with the webapp. From what I see, it uses its own UserBean class in both the controllers and the .jsps. Is there some hook that creates UserBeans based on the identity component, or is the webapp not intended to do this kind of integration? As I already mentioned in a former post I am not quite happy with the way Seam generates the extension for the generated pdf-file. Is it possible that Seam would redirect to a "simple" pdf-file? The name of the pdf-file could be defined in the link from the content-page. For example: mypage.xhtml ... | <s:link value="/pdf.jsf" pdfName="myPdf" /> | | or even better | | <s:pdf value="/pdf.jsf" pdfName="myPdf" /> | | or maybe | | <p:link value="/pdf.jsf" pdfName="myPdf" /> | pdf.xhtml | <p:document xmlns:p="http://jboss.com/products/seam/pdf" | title="Hello"> | <p:paragraph>Hello #{user.name}!</p:paragraph> | </p:document> | and the generated file would be: /myPdf.pdf What's your opinion about that - or would it cause problems with accessing seam components? [EJB/JBoss] - Trouble with @EJB reference

I have several stateless EJB's. Each one provides a service, so it seems to make sense that the specific code is in each bean. I had @EJB references to some of these beans and some of them were circular. Bean A @EJB Bean B Bean B @EJB Bean A In jboss 4.0.4RC1, this deployed without a problem. My guess is that the lookup wasn't done until the first call or after all the deployments were completed. I just upgraded to jboss 4.0.5 so I can start playing with the new webservices and other stuff. Now none of these ears will deploy. It seems they try to do the lookup and connect the beans as soon as they are deployed. Now they won't deploy. Is there a way to make these deploy like they did in 4.0.4? I don't see any reason why service beans can't reference each other. Thank in advance.
