Thanks you jtestori, the service works! I've written a client with the stubs genereted by axis from the wsdl was generated by jboss and everything work! If I go to the list of deployed services I find my service, in this screenview I have some statistics about the service, how can I get this statistics? Are this statistics calculated on all the interfaces of the services or are there statistics about every interfaces of a service? Thanks again! Bye Bye. Hi Adrian, Thanks for the explanation on the problem. I will give it a try for that patch. Could I know where should I get it? Will the solution you suggested (update the redelivery status prior the msg delivery to the client) be applied to the latest Jboss AS also? or it is a temporary solution to resolve my case? In the jira, I saw the fix version will be in JBossAS-5.0.0.Beta3 and JBossAS-4.2.3.GA. Does it mean I need to update my current jboss to the latest version after the official patch make available? Or will you provide a seperate patch for JBoss 4.0.5 GA? [JBoss Portal] - Re: Unable to get JBoss portal to start

hi all, I have found the issue i think - well, i changed a number of things and one of them worked ... 1. Increased Memory size for JVM options as you suggested. 2. Downloaded new jdk1.6.0_02 JVM from Sun and set JAVA_HOME to that JVM with -server option 3. Started JBoss via bin/run rather than relying on MyEclipse to handle it for me. This now seems to have it running although the portal demo gives a 404 resource not found error. It won't delpoy the portal admin .war at the moment, but i think i need the JBoss faces frameworks and stuff which i dont have at the moment. I will do some digging. Thanks for all your help guys. [JBossWS] - avoid lazy-initialization exceptions

We have a pretty big problem that I was hoping to get some feedback on how others solved the problem. Its a common-enough problem that I think others must have run into this. We've got some SLSBs that return EJB3/JPA entities. We've annotated our SLSBs with @WebService so we can have a python client call into the SLSB via the web service interface. Some of the SLSB methods return entities that are not fully, eagerly loaded. That is, for performance reasons, we don't need to eagerly load in all relationships before the SLSB returns the entity to the web service client. However, when the web service container attempts to encode the entity in its XML representation, it calls the getters for those relationships we haven't loaded. This, in turn, throws the infamous LazyInitializationException. Clearly, the answer is not to force web service apps to eagerly load all entity relationships. However, for maintenance purposes, we don't want to have to create another layer of data-transfer objects just to support the web service stuff (the SLSB API works fine from a Java UI client - the only problem occurs when needing web service access since this only happens when the web service container needs to encode the returned entity in XML). Is there some way (annotation? configuration?) that we can tell the web service container to null out or otherwise not call the getters that we know won't work? Can we get the web service container to catch these lazy-init exceptions and just null out the XML value when returning the entity to the client? How do others solve this problem? [JBoss Seam] - Multiple methods calls and SFSB creation

Greetings all, I have the following code. When the page is displayed, the surveyManager.eventTrackSessions method is called three times. And within that chain of calls, a new instance of the SFSB is created. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? Earnie!
