Hello I would like to build Seam project with Maven. I changed project structure to compatible with http://www.michaelyuan.com/blog/2007/10/09/jboss-seam-project-setup-with-... hovewer no luck. So I tried to adapt Ant build script to work on mavenized structure and resolve maven problem later. Hovewer while I changes paths in Ant buildfile and it build project ok, there is one small problem: components.xml isn't properly filtered (lines with 'debug' etc). 1)Does anybody have working mavenized Seam project and could share mavenized simple 'Hello World' application? 2)Is it possible to "seamgen" mavenized project (I saw in the newest seamgen "mavenized=false" in build.properties) 3)Does anybody have working Ant buildfile working on mavenized project structure View the original post : http://www.jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&p=4093862#4093862 Reply to the post : http://www.jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=posting&mode=reply&p=4093862

[EJB 3.0] - How to print SQL values in debug Log

Does anyone know, how to print values of SQL in the output log? I am using RHDS Beta 1 with all defaults, and JBoss AS 4.2.0. Setting hibernate.type" to "debug" or "true" in persistence.xml doesn't do anything. Also is it possible to somehow beautiful the SQL output by hibernate? it is so unreadable by default. [JBoss Seam] - Using a JavaEE5 compliant JBoss container

Hi, I have to use a JavaEE5 complaint container in our project. For that i am trying to use JBoss AS 5.0.0 Beta 2 release. To test whether i am able to deploy seam examples on it, i deployed the jboss-seam-registration example on to this container. When i try to deploy it though, it doesnt get deployed. No, I don't think so. It'd be tough to do. As I understand it, if the validate values phase fails, then the update models phase should be skipped. But @AssertTrue methods are only going to be useful if the model attributes have been updated. So you can't check @AssertTrue methods in the validate values phase. With property-level validation, you can check whether a value is valid without actually setting the property, so normal Model Validation doesn't have this problem. Red5 is an open source flash server that supports Streaming Audio/Video (FLV and MP3), Recording Client Streams (FLV only), Shared Objects, Live Stream Publishing, Remoting. Basically I have a seam application in which I want to support recording/streaming/authoring of video. I know "entityManager" is the default value, but I never see the entityManager attribute in EntityConverter being injected. So it always goes up to the default and creates the entityManager. So for some reason my component entry to set the entityManager is not being used.
