[Clustering/JBoss] - Cluster address

Hi,
I have an out of the box jboss cluster up and running. My question is how do I address this cluster? I'm used to MS Clustering solutions where the cluster would have a virtual address that was bound to the active node. This virtual address also has an IP address that moves arround as a cluster resource. Client apps would address the virtual address
Could someone translate microsoft -> Jboss and clear this up for me?

[JBoss Seam] - Re: Possible to turn off validation for search value object

Well this is what I though as well but the search panel generated by seam-gen as of 2.0.1.CR1 does already decorate the search fields with layout/display.xhtml and not layout/edit.xhtml. And in display.xhtml I do not see any validator wrappings so I am confused of where the validation is actually triggered because I don't see any in the .xhtml files involved in the search.

It seems that Seam destroys the SFSB's after the JSF has been reRendered by the clicking of the continue button in the following xhtml code:

So the invalidateSession method is marked with @End, when exactly does the SFSB get destroyed? It seems it happens after the reRendering of the JSF and in my case that's too late. When the JSF reRenders, it displays the data from the original dataTable....

[JBoss Tools (users)] - packaging-convert incomplete?

I ran the packaging-convert script that was helpfully provided to upgrade old projects to the project archives framework (very slick - greatly appreciate that being provided !!).
I did notice that in every project it converted, it skipped one of the lines from my packaging-build.xml files, and I'm not sure what to make of it.
All of the packaging-build.xml looked like this:

[JBoss Messaging] - Ensuring single delivery to clustered MDB subscriptions for

Hi.
We are planning on using clustering to cluster a Topic. There are 2 different MDBs that subscribe to this topic.
The deployment we are trying to use, we have topic on mulitiple nodes and MDBs on all the nodes. We would like the message delivery to happen to one of the MDB instances of bot types in the cluster.
The behavior we are getting is that message is delivered on all the topics and all of MDBs recieve the messages
Is there anyway to achieve only single delivery to MDB across the cluster?

[Installation, Configuration & DEPLOYMENT] - cant start jboss 5 beta 3 from eclipse

I cant get the beta3 build to run from eclipse. is this just me doing something silly?
I have created a server config and i'm using jdk1.50_09 to launch to the server.
I have used the jboss 5 runtime option from the dialogues.
however when i start the server from inside eclipse i get the following timeout error and stops.
is there a quick fix for this? - i cant find a way to increase the time to start the server in the config options.
as an aside the 4.2.2 server comes up okay with no problems
error given is ".. server did not start after 50s"
