[JBossWS] - How do I use MIME types other than text/xml

I am trying to use MTOM to send attachments. I am using wstools to generate all components from an endpoint. I successfully run a test with a text/xml type but I cannot use any others types including text/plain or application/octect. The following is my endpoint and config file:

Environment:
JBoss 4.0.5.GA
Java 1.5(5.0)
JbossWS 2.0
I always get the following error:

I would like to be able to send */* types. How is this done? Any samples would be appreciated. Also, where can I get the schema for the configuration file and a better explanation on how to use wstools?

[JBoss Seam] - s:validate in imported file (facelets)

I have having some trouble with s:validate in a templated facelet.
My problem seems similar to the issue discussed in Oct/06

But there was no final solution posted there.
I have a t:inputDate that I used s:validate on like so:

It works as expected. However, when I put the above code into an
included file (for use with ui:include) I get the exception below.
I remove the import statement and cut & past in the imported code,
the error goes away.
Is there a trick I need to do to in order to use s:validate within an imported facelet ...

[Beginners Corner] - Problem looking up EJB session bean (Name not bound)

Hello all,
Can someone help me with a simple context lookup?
I have a session bean deployed within JBoss 4.0.4 GA AS, JDK 5.
My EJB3 code is as:
@Stateless

The server started and deployed this session bean without any problem. Here is a snippet of the log:
