Gavin, I have an issue (with current and all previous releases) that entity manager can't release resources which causes exceptions during hot redeployment. Do you have an idea whether this fix may solve that problem as well? I don't understand this thread. Almost all the seam examples deploy on Tomcat with "ant deploy.tomcat". So copy the examples. If you cant make it work, that is because you are different to the example in some way. [JBoss Seam] - Seam Email in an .EAR - more woes...

Hello, We already have a long running discussion on the Seam Email component and issues with classloading in an EAR deployment. I have what may be a new problem with the way Seam Email works. Basically, I have an EJB timer that wakes up - it does some processing and then attempts to use the Seam Email functionality (with Facelets) to send an email. What's happening is a NullPointerException is being thrown... [JBossWS] - Re: Ability for wstools to ignore properties of superclasses

OK. Using BeanInfo I can get wstools to ignore props that I don't want published to the WSDL. However, I'm still getting duplicate types added to the WSDL and I believe it is because it doesn't honor the transient keyword on declared fields. Doens't JAX-RPC state that transient fields will be ignored? Or, was this just a behavior of the JWSDP toolset?
