This one's bitten me also. In case it's not obvious (or I misunderstand, myself): Commenting out the all but the first of the duplicate declarations solves the problem, as there's no need for multiple members referencing the same entity home class. I use struts and it's tags <html:form>, <html:link> and so on. jsessionid appears always when I disable cookies in browser. When cookies are enabled jessionid appears only on first page.
