The websale process archive as uploaded from the designer does seem to have dependencies upon the jbpm-style UserRealm. You need to emulate the membership functionality, I think, within an ordinary tomcat realm. That is to say, an association between user and group must be established and findable by the JDBCUserRealm. I dont think the default tomcat user realm provides that.

Hello and sorry for the delay ;-),
I used both the installation with the installer and the patch, but I get the same error:
javax.naming.CommunicationException [Root exception is java.io.InvalidClassException: org.jboss.ejb3.remoting.IsLocalInterceptor; local class incompatible: stream classdesc serialVersionUID = -3758782076801249473, local class serialVersionUID = 7152865575974097694]

It seams like an internal JBoss error. A class being retrieved by the client but having a different version id on the server... Do u know a workaround?
Thanks for your help.

Thanks very much, Froschfinger.
But your response has nothing newer than what I can find on JBoss Web site and the official documents dealing with jBPM.
My question is : What if I do not like using the starter kit and that I have a big Entreprise EJB3.0 application pre-configured to run with JBoss-4.0.5, and want to intégrate jBPM with all that stuff (an existing JBoss configuration an existing Database, ...)?
Thank you!
AMNAS.
