[Tomcat, HTTPD, Servlets & JSP] - Problem with valueChangeListener in inputText of a DataTable

Hello, I write a program which should show Data in a Table and the user should be able to edit them. The Table has to be generated dynamicaly. For simplicity I create a table with 2 cols und 2 rows (see: getColumnModel() and getTableModel() in SessionBean). When I run the application there appears a problem. The valueChanged - Method is just called when I change the value of one of the two fields in the first column. Why isnt the Method called when I change the value of a field of the second column? [JBoss Seam] - EJB 2.x Container and Seam

I have been reading through the documentation and I see references to running Seam inside of non EJB 3.0 containers. I have been trying to set it up inside of another and was having a bit of success until I started getting: Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/persistence/Entity at org.jboss.seam.Seam.getComponentType(Seam.java:74) at org.jboss.seam.Component.(Component.java:212) at org.jboss.seam.Component.(Component.java:203) at org.jboss.seam.init.Initialization.addComponent(Initialization.java:851) If I am not mistaken, javax.persistence.Entity is new in JavaEE right? Is there some kind of configuration that I need to turn off or something? [JBoss Portal] - authentication issue in seam-portlet and portal

Hi I am using: JBoss portal 2.6 beta1 JBoss Seam 1.2.1.GA JBoss AS 4.0.5 with EJB 3.0 profile I tried to run the seam booking portlet under the above conditions and I was successful. Now, I want the portal's authentication system to authenticate my seam portlet instead of its own authentication mechanism.(i.e. I want to use the portal's users.) Please tell me how to achieve this? I am aware of the various modules available i.e. UserModule, RoleModule, etc. but since I am not able to get the current logged in user of the portal, I fail to achieve my goal. Please help. I think the only way to do this is to use a variable to pass status. You can set the variable in the final transitions or in the node-enter event of the end-states. When you say wait(), do you mean java.lang.Object.wait()? If so, then you didn't understand my point. It will work. Try it, walk it with the debugger, and you'll understand. [JBoss Portal] - How to do webclipping of any page using Portletbridge portle

Hi, I have donloaded portletbridge-portlet-1.war from the Portletswap website and deployed on my Portal.It's working fine. I have configured Initial URL http://www.google.com and can see that google home page on my Portlet. Now I need to clip some part of google home page and show only that portion on portlet.If I am not wrong, that is very much possible and this portletbridge-portlet do the same.But I am not getting hot to do it ecaxtly. It seems I can change or write new XSLT for webclip.If so, can anyone provide me the code or any link from where I can get some useful info. Reply as earliest if know anything about! [Installation, Configuration & Deployment] - Seperate log4j.xml for each application

I have an application contained within an EAR file that uses Log4J for logging. I have a requirement to use the log4j.xml configuration file contained within the EAR. Is it possible to have additional log4j.xml files for each application? I have tried using an MBean within the EAR to do the following but this fails to work since it is already configured by jboss: org.apache.log4j.PropertyConfigurator.configure(log4jPropFile.toURL()); Is the only way to configure each of your applications log4j loggers is to modify conf/log4j.xml in the server directory? [JBoss Seam] - Possible Seam/Facelets bug when rendering e-mails

I am not sure if this is problem with Seam or Facelets, but here is what I exprerience: I have application that receives some data asynchronously and calls MDB which uses Facelets template for rendering e-mails. If e-mail sending occurs after I log in application (and get some page), everything is working fine. However, if e-mail is sent after the application is started but before I log in application my pages are not rendered and I am getting raw xhtml templates instead of rendered pages. I am using JBoss 4.0.5 and Seam 1.2.1. Any idea what is happening here?
