In the examples there's an example of sending a message from a web service (a servlet). You just need to deploy a JMSProviderLoader pointing to your remote provider (there should be some wiki pages about this), then make sure you lookup the connection factory corresponding to this provide. Should be pretty straightforward - this is a very common use case. [Installation, Configuration & DEPLOYMENT] - Apache won't start with mod_jk directive JkShmFile

I'm trying to get Apache to forward requests to JBoss. I created the configuration file as directed in the install guide. However, Apache now fails to start because of this directive: JkShmFile run/jk.shm apachectl2 returns with the following error: Starting httpd2 (prefork) Syntax error on line 44 of /etc/apache2/conf.d/mod_jk.conf: Invalid command 'JkShmFile', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration Commenting that line, then gives me an error with this directive: <Location /jkstatus/> JkMount status <----- Order deny,allow Deny from all Allow from 127.0.0.1 Error message: Starting httpd2 (prefork) Syntax error on line 48 of /etc/apache2/conf.d/mod_jk.conf: JkMount not allowed here I'm using OpenSuse 10.2 and Apache 2. [JCA/JBoss] - Performance Vows , Request get lost ..

All my previous posting were concerned with one issue ..performance tuning of my JSP/Struts web-application deployed over jboss.. I have not got success yet. During performance/load testing of my web application with apache jmeter. It is OK upto 1400 request per minute But if i increase the load , i get following Issue: from 1800 requests sent to the application only 1283 were processed ,rest of the requests were lost. I reviewed the application logs. It show it received only 1283 requests, and were processed successfully without any database error, or Java heap space error. Is it due to lesser thread pool size configured in the Jboss configuration.that prevents it from processing further request ? hardware configuration(i use Celeron 3.0Ghz , 1 GB RAM) can be an issue , but the requests should not be lost .. Is there any way to tune this load ? The required target is whopping 15000 requests per minute. [JBoss Seam] - Re: Any way to debug why Seam isn't registering a component?

I've looked through all the detailed logs. It is completely strange. It does in fact identify that there is a test component, it just never installs it and doesn't say why. Is there any way to solve this? I assume I'm not the first to try Seam 1.2.1 with JBoss 4.2.1? What's strange is that the other components install and my other app, based on a very modified seam-gen, does have components that work. Totally baffling.
