[JBoss Seam] - Application configuration parameters

Hi all, I'm not sure if it`s the right place to post this message. I have a SEAM application and some specific parameters are now in hard code, and I want to take them out of the application to a configuration file, but I have no idea how to do that. I'm using JBOSS AS, and I believe there is a cleaver way of doing that using some xml file. Yes, Hibernate has created the schema. I switch to MySQL that I know well and it generate both tables: Application and Category. In the Application table it generate a Tinyblob for the foreign key! The column name is Category. It is not what I expected. Hi. Tonight our partner had connection problems and our MDB couldn't connect to their server. We have rather long connection timeout - 40s. In logs, I can find some errors. Is this a bug in JBM? Or maybe something else? You first error appears to be a problem in the configuration files. You try to setup an attribute or use a value that is not supported anymore. There are some changes to the way JSF is initialized. [JBoss Seam] - Validation not working after upgrade

Hi, I have just upgraded from JBoss 4.0.5 to 4.2.1, and at the same time upgraded to Seam 2 from 1.2.1. Everything is working fine except the hibernate validations, which don't seem to be working at all.
