Gavin one more question. Being a Senior Architect, I have provided and promoted JBoss seam as THE framework for the enterprise based application specifically in the financial domain. But sometime, I do get a stiff competence from the rival camp; where guys says JBoss seam is good if it get integrated with Struts2. Is there way we achieve this? I checked if source files were really missing. HtmlLink.java is found in : jboss-seam-1.2.1.GA\src\ui\org\jboss\seam\ui jboss-seam-1.3.0.ALPHA\src\ui\org\jboss\seam\ui HtmlLink.html : jboss-seam-2.0.0.BETA1\doc\ui\apidocs\org\jboss\seam\ui\component\html jboss-seam-2.0.0.BETA1\doc\ui\apidocs\org\jboss\seam\ui\component\html\class-use Is this supposed to be like that? Hi Zerg, My problem is being unable to construct the MethodBinding that I need. I think that yours is a different one. I tried to play with h:commandLink and c:forEach but none of this makes sense in my case. Also wanted to note that I don't find the src of org.jboss.seam.ui.component.html.* in my Seam distribution (jboss-seam-2.0.0.BETA1). I wanted to see the source of the HtmlLink class but the java file is not included. Can anyone please explain how can one use MethodBinding with Facelets' repeat tag? Do you think this can be done? Will be done? Should I create a facelet component as explained here: http://www-128.ibm.com/developerworks/java/library/j-facelets/#N103FE or http://wiki.java.net/bin/view/Projects/FaceletsFAQ#Can_I_pass_a_MethodBin... [Installation, Configuration & DEPLOYMENT] - java.lang.LinkageError-hot deployment

Hi, i have two applications running in my Jboss. they are app.ear and admin.ear. admin.ear is for admin related activities and app.ear is main application both contain some entities(EJB3) of same name and same package name. if i stop the server and restart no issue on deployment and running both applications(it automatically deploy app first and admin next). if i hot deploy admin.ear also no issue. if i hot deploy app.ear, deployment is fine. but when i run the application its throws java.lang.LinkageError ..(at the point when name match is there) help me in solving this issue.. I recentelly installed jboss-4.2.0.GA Regarding the Jboss web console I noticed somethings strange In particular I can reach the console in local but I?m not able to do the same thing as remote. Gentlemen Thank you for your replies. Ive been on the SEAM forum trying to resolve other issues, and forgot about this one. i think the group assignment before user is going to be a useable option, the only problem will be the case where a user goes away on holiday and task assignment needs to be moved to another user.
