Following your suggestion I uncommented the FD section (in the above configuration). Unfortunately the problem remained, although the output slightly changed. Details: - both links are connected - on each node started one instance of JBossCache - replication working correctly - disconnected link eth1-to-eth1 - replication working correctly - reconnected link eth1-to-eth1, disconnected link eth0-to-eth0 - replication working correctly - ! when invoking the add/remove kind of operations on the TreeCache, one instance reacts with the exception as above. The other works fine for a while (no exception) but then it reports again with new GMS address (same NIC, changed port) and from that moment there is no replication between the two instances Could you explain this output? [Persistence, JBoss/CMP, Hibernate, Database] - hibernate - on delete parent, cascadetype to set NULL for ch

hello everyone, I am searching for a way out to set NULL for the child upon deletion of the parent using hibernate annotations. Can some one please guide me on this? The annotation used presently in Table1.java is shown below and CascadeType.ALL doesn't even prevent the child from being deleted when the parent is deleted (as claimed in the page 10 of http://www.laliluna.de/download/ejb3-struts-tutorial-en.pdf). @OneToMany(cascade={CascadeType.ALL}, fetch=FetchType.EAGER, mappedBy="table1", targetEntity=Table2.class) | public Set getTable2s() { | return this.table2s; | } By using the following block in Table1.hbm.xml, it is working the desired way. That is, it sets the child as NULL when the parent is deleted. <set name="table2s" cascade="none" lazy="true"> | <key column="link2one" /> | <one-to-many class=".Table2" /> | </set> Is there an equivalent for the same in EJB3 annotations? Hello I need more than one pages.xml file. My ways do not work. I tried it with another name somewhere in the tree. It does not work. Are there any restriction for the name and location of these files?
