@Matt: I'll try that and let you know. Much appreciated. @Wise_guy: As mentioned the error is in the Home class. There is an explicit check that the parent class is parameterized with a generic type. @Name annotations are different as they are to be ued on different pages. Thanks, Damian. I see this in the documentation and was hoping someone could elaborate. I want to use the s:transformImageSize within a method of my SEAM component. Basically when a user uploads a photo, resize the image to a specific size. Thanks. | It's easy to create your own transform - create a UIComponent which implements | org.jboss.seam.ui.graphicImage.ImageTransform.
