Unable to register at http://alpha.seamframework.org:9999/userRegister_d.seam Stays on the same page after clicking "Register", no validation messages are shown. Probably password is too short (4 characters), but I have not been notified explicitly about that. Anti-robot characters picture is not being regenerated when I reload this page. Common practice on websites is picture regeneration for each next attempt. Your implementation seems to be too stateful, keeping image the same over the whole session. I inserted user in the table JBPM_ID_USER but nothing into JBPM_ID_GROUP & JBPM_ID_MEMBERSHIP. Where to get the correct input / scripts? [JBossWS] - WS-Attachment on jbossws

[Persistence, JBoss/CMP, Hibernate, Database] - Connection pool not releasing idle connections

Hello, My app running under JBoss 4.0.4 uses Oracle DB configured with the following DS file: | | <datasources> | <local-tx-datasource> | <jndi-name>jdbc/mydb</jndi-name> | <connection-url>jdbc:oracle:thin:@111.222.333.444:1521:oradb</connection-url> | <driver-class>oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver</driver-class> | <user-name>user</user-name> | <password>pass</password> | <exception-sorter-class-name>org.jboss.resource.adapter.jdbc.vendor.OracleExceptionSorter</exception-sorter-class-name> | <metadata> | <type-mapping>Oracle9i</type-mapping> | </metadata> | <min-pool-size>3</min-pool-size> | <max-pool-size>10</max-pool-size> | <idle-timeout-minutes>1</idle-timeout-minutes> | </local-tx-datasource> | </datasources> | I was expecting every minute( or whatever interval is given in idle-timeout-minutes) a process that removes the idle connections to be run. This doesn't happen. I run a test that reached the maximum number of connections. I then started monitoring the connections, but none of the idle connections were removed. I checked my code and every connection was closed after an operation. Is there anything wrong with my configuration? What could be keeping these connections open? Thanks. [JBoss Seam] - Newbie question about testing

I was looking at the JBoss projects page and noticed JSFUnit. I have also been reading about the Seam Test NG capabilities. It looks like they would both be useful in testing. Just from reading about them it looks like to use them both I would have to use them completely separately. So I guess I would actually have to have completely separate test projects (I use Eclipse) and just run the tests sperately. Is that the correct/best way? Thanks.
