Hi, we are running into the same problem after trying to deploy a MDB on JBoss 4.2.2 GA. Its working fine on JBoss 4.2.1 GA. java.lang.NullPointerException | at org.jboss.metadata.BeanMetaData.getInvokerBindings(BeanMetaData.java:263) If the MDB is commented then the application doploys successfully including other SSB. If anyone has any hint to this issue please reply. Problem solved. I at first did not have a field at all to take the ID, reasoning that if there was no field it would keep the previous ID value from the database. This was incorrect; the solution now used is to have an inputHidden bound to the ID property of my entity, which then passes the ID (if there is one) to the save method of the bean. [JBoss Seam] - Upgrade to 2.0.1CR1 javax.persistence not found.

Hi, I just upgraded all my jars from 2.0CR1 to 2.0.1CR1.. It seems like I am having a problem with the new hibernate jars. I am getting build errors that EntityManager is not found and: | The type javax.persistence.Query cannot be resolved. It is indirectly referenced from required .class files | I upgraded all the hibernate jars and added to my build path, but it seems like I am missing something else. You currently cannot create instances of remote portlets via XML descriptors. This operation has to go through the administration interface as detailed in the documentation. Hmm, I get this quite instantly when I load-test the seam-components. Could you just clarify what you mean by "increasing the timeout"? how do I do this? I suspect that this is not the "concurrent-request-timeout" - the mentioning about timeouts in the ref is mainly about conversations, so I am a bit lost here.
