Thanks Pete. The loose coupling with the event seems to work well. I will continue to use this approach until I find something better. I did not know that the WAR classes could see the ear. [JBoss Seam] - NPE when logging inside a property getter

I get a Nullpointer Exception when I add a log statement to my property getter. [JBossCache] - Very different statistics in both nodes of the cluster

We are seeing very different read/write time in CacheManagementInterceptor`s statistics for both of the 2 caches in our cluster. Traffic is almost the same in both nodes, and the rest of the statistical info seems reasonable and almost identical. Read/Write ratio, number of stores, number of hits, misses, etc... We see this numbers: Node_1: Read 1 ms, Write 1 ms Node_2: Read 6 ms, Write 4 ms Is this normal? In case it is, why is this normal? [JBoss Seam] - Trinidad (ADF Faces) PhaseListener blocks application

Hello, I have a rather critical problem. I modified the ADF lifecycle by creating a phaseListener that executes some code in the UPDATE_MODEL_VALUES afterPhase and we just realized that only one user can work in the application at a time. This is what happens, user1 opens the jsp and starts working, when a checkbox is selected (it also happens with other components) the afterPhase is executed, this method does some queries to the database and executes some other calculations and it takes about 30 seconds to do everything that it has to do.
