[Beginners Corner] - jboss and apache?

hi, i want to use Subversion and my server is jboss AS 4.2.2 (running on a windows xp). from what Subversion tell me i need an apache server (2.0 or 2.2). as far as i know jboss AS has apache tomcat in it, but not the apache web server... is there a way to have the jboss AS working along side the apache server? or is there another way to work with Subversion without the apache? or another version control application that might work with jboss AS ? thanks, nitzan. So, to clarify: If you are using straight JMS (no MDBs) and using non durable subscribers to subscribe to the topic, then if the connection between the client and the server is lost, any messages sent to the topic while the connection is down, will be "lost" (since the subscription is non durable). When you recreate the non durable subscription after failure you will continue to receive messages sent after the connection is recreated. For a durable subscription, since it is "durable", it continues to accumulate messages even while the connection from the client is down. When you reconnect you will continue to receive messages including those sent while the connection is down. In *both* cases, order is always maintained as per JMS spec (i.e. order of messages sent from any particular session is maintained), although there may be gaps in the order in the case of the non durable subscriber. [Persistence, JBoss/CMP, Hibernate, Database] - persistency set up

hi, i have a running jboss AS 4.2.2 and i want to it to work with: EJB3 & Hibernate (core, annotations & EntityManager). i've been trying to find a good article/example that will show me how this can be done but i'm now confused from what i found so far... anyone knows of a good article/tutorial that will explain to me how to set up the hibernate to work with the jboss AS ? plus, i kind of figured that EJB3 is now a part of the jboss AS (in version 4.2.x) and that there's no need to install/configure anything in order to use it, am i wrong about this? thank! nitzan.
