[JBossWS] - How to create a Web Service in JBoss

Hi,
I am new to JBoss and mostly work with BEA and Oracle AS. I just downloaded jboss-4.2.2.GA. Now how do I deploy a Web Service are there any special kinds to create an ear for a Web Service. As I just have a simple HelloWorld program that I need to expose it as a Web Service and deploy it on JBoss but don't know what commands do I need to create a Web Service ear out of it and how to deploy it on the server.
Can someone please provide a simple example step by step to build and deploy a Web Service in JBoss.
As in oracle I can use the following to build an ear for a Web Service

[Installation, Configuration & DEPLOYMENT] - jboss 2.4 ga on a celeron 2008/512Mb ok ???

I look everywhere and I couldn't found the minimal hardware requirement for jboss (well, there one for 2003 with celeron 1G/128Mb !! don't think it apply anymore :-) )
I could rent a celeron 2008 with 512Mb, unlimited trafic for less than 150â¬/year, so it looks like a good bargain for a personal site.
I'm not looking at a 1M hot/day server so speed is not really and issue :-) ; what I not really sure about is if jboss wont crash with this configuration.
on this server I'm planning to use of course linux, only jboss (ejb/jsp/dwr), jackrabbit, jbossportal and a minimal mysql db. Only one domain. No apache, No php. No remote access, no web services, so I probably will switch it on minimal configuration.
At office I have a jbossportal install on a P4/512Mb that works for month but we only use it for theme/css test
What do you think ?? will jboss works or will it crashes every 5min ????

[Installation, Configuration & DEPLOYMENT] - jboss is shutting down automatically

while i am starting my jboss it is going to be shut down.Imn my console i am getting below statements on console.I have configured my environment variables
java_home=c:\programfiles\java\jdk1.5.0_06 and

and os is windowsXP
