Try moving JBossAS out of the "Application Servers" directory. Spaces in path names tends to confuse various Java libraries. Also, try upgrading to the latest 1.5 JDK (1.5.0_15, I think). If none of that works, you might have to redownload and reinstall (usually when strange things like this happen reinstalling seems to be the only thing that solves the problems.) Hello, Thanks for your advice but I still don't know exactly what to do. I still don't know how to use jbpm designer as a plugin for eclipse. I can't use the "Preferences" Menu and I can't use the "update manager" because I'm "offline" :) Who could give me very simple and accurate explanation (I'm a beginner) ? in what node is the token after the error? the 'store document' node or a previous one? it's similar in a way that it is jsf related. The error is in on a different action, probably in a different version of the console. Besides that there is way to little info to see what is going on. There should be more info in the error log of the server (this seems to come from a screendump).
