It is however, on the roadmap. It should be noted that distributed locking negatively impacts scalability, and is not usually needed for most cache use cases. So when we add this feature, it will be selectively enabled (probably per node), and should only be used when you really need it. [EJB 3.0] - JBoss ESB and EJB3

I have a sample HelloWorld EJB3 service that is deployed. From within my .esb archive action class I have a @EJB annotation to inject the HelloWorld service api. When I deploy the esb archive it deploys fine but the injection never happens. I modified my esb archive to do straight JNDI lookup of the HelloWorld service and it works fine. I wanted to know if this is by design i.e. you cannot use EJB3 anotations from within a esb archive (dosent make sense to be this way though) or if its a bug. Thank you Jhalliday. It helped [SOLUTION I FOUND] Hello, I solved the problem doing so: Do a search in the jboss folder for the file server.xml. You should find two files server.xml One in $JBoss_Path$/server/default/deploy/jboss-web.deployer/server.xml and $JBoss_Path$/server/all/deploy/jboss-web.deployer/server.xml Change the following line or variable because it is a problem of the Connector address="${jboss.bind.address}" -> address="0.0.0.0" within the attributes of the tab . You should do this twice in your server.xml file. After that you should be able to access the Jboss server not only using your http://localhost:8080/ url but also using the IP address of your computer allocated by DHCP or the static IP address attributed to your computer. [JBossWS] - Cannot find endpoint meta data with super-simple WS

I am trying to deploy a very very simple helloworld WS using JBossAS 4.2.1-GA JBossWS jbossws-3.0.1-native-2.0.4.GA both out-of-the-box installations. I have installed JbossWS and run the tests, it should be ok. [Javassist user questions] - Instrument code block within method?

We're building a monitoring tool for our enterprise-class app that uses Javassist for the instrumenting portion. We have method entry/exit instrumentation working fine; now we'd like to be able to instrument code blocks *within* methods. For example, given method frodo(), and a suspicious for() loop within that method, we'd like to be able to 1) identify where in the method the for() loop lives; and 2) wrap the loop with our timing code. Perhaps a way to instrument a method block bounded by line numbers? If we have to go to the bytecode api, that's fine, but I could use some guidance from the community on how best to approach this. I don't actually get an exception in server.log.
