[Installation, Configuration & Deployment] - Setting up classloaders to override JSF version in JBoss AS.

Hi, I was wondering if I can override the version of Java Service Faces for a particular application that I run inside JBoss AS. I don't want to override all versions as I have multiple applications, some of which use the old version. I have done this successfully in WebSphere, and I did it in the following way: | Set the classloader to use the classes/libraries in the EAR file in preference to those in the application server main path. | * Set the classloader to use the classes/libraries in the WAR file in preference to the EAR and the application server main class path. | * Put my implementation of JSF into the WEB-INF/lib directory of my application. | | | Would this work in JBoss? ok I understand. I don't think JBM has any ready way to support this use case. Probably you can try server side AOP to intercept the subscription interceptions and retrieve the created subscribers. [JNDI and Naming] - EJB 3.1 Global JNDI names

Hello, I am testing on JBoss 6 some of the new EJB3.1 features. On JNDIView in JMX Console I see that I am getting the same JNDI naming as with JBoss 5.1 Do I have to make any changes in JBoss or in any xml deployment description to make a ear or war file be recognized as EJB 3.1 and so get then Global JNDI standarized naming? [JBoss Web Services Users] - How to recieve RPC/encoded SOAP messages in JBoss5?

For legacy clients which refuse to drop rpc/encoded SOAP format, what can we use to get their messages in JBoss5? [EJB 3.0 Users] - Session EJB 3.1 packaged in war file not recognized in JBoss

Hello, I am trying to repackage a small EJB3 application moving the EJB jar file to .war's /WEB-INF/lib and deploying only that war, as docs say can be done with EJB3.1 specs. The Entity EJBs in that jar are recognized OK as hibernate logs show, but JBoss seems to ignore the Stateless Session Bean. When I deploy it according to EJB 3.0 specs (ear=war+jar) the SSB deploys of and appears in JNDIView in JMX Console. Do I have to make any special xml file or modification to JBoss to make it recognize the SSB? Of course, I am using new JBoss 6, which is supposed to support new EJB 3.1 .
